Meet Our Members
The Board is made up of 6 tenants, 5 community members and 4 Council nominees. Their main job is to provide leadership for River Clyde Homes and looking at how to meet tenants' expectations and priorities.

Roy SteelChair of River Clyde Homes.A founder member of Bardrainney Tenants Association, Roy has been active in the successful campaign to secure investment in the BISF housing in Port Glasgow. Roy has served on the Board since its inception. |

Alex BowersVice-Chair of River Clyde Homes.A tenant of Inverclyde Council for over 35 years, Alex was previously a member of the Carwood Street Community Council and is currently Chair of Hole Farm and Cowdenknowes Community Council. He was a founder member of Belville Drive Tenants Association in April 1999. Alex has served on the Board since its inception. |

Kit Shields Kit’s previous employment as a nurse and in community social work, and her current role as a carer, has given her experience in management, client advocacy and liaison and involvement with community groups and other bodies. Kit has served on the Board since October 2005. |

Wilson Dunlop Wilson has been a tenant of Inverclyde Council for over 15 years. Active in the community for many years through serving on local community councils, he was a founder member of the Federation of Inverclyde Tenants and Residents Association. Wilson has served on the Board since its inception. |

Katrina Anderson Katrina has recently retired, having worked in the education sector. She is the Inverclyde Divisional Treasurer and a caseworker for SSAFA Forces Help. She has lived in Inverclyde all her life and has been a tenant since 1969. Katrina has served on the Board since May 2007. |

Debbie Wright A voluntary worker, Debbie is Secretary of both Port Glasgow West Tenants and Residents Association and Committee Member of the Federation of Inverclyde Tenants and Residents Association. She lives in Port Glasgow. Debbie has served on the Board since its inception. |

Fergus McCallum A chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience in local government and former Head of Economic Development and Estates for Renfrew District Council, Fergus is currently Head of Property Services at Renfrewshire Council. He lives in Gourock. Fergus has served on the Board since its inception. |

John Williamson John is a company director with Morison Walker, a local property management company. He lives in Greenock. John has served on the Board since its inception. |

Ken MacDougall Ken has extensive knowledge of housing matters, having worked in the sector for the past 27 years. He is currently Development and Regeneration Manager with Govanhill Housing Association and Govanhill Community Development Trust, responsible for development and regeneration worth several millions of pounds. He currently lives in Wemyss Bay, having lived in Inverclyde all his life. Ken has served on the Board since May 2005. |

Charlie Macgregor Charlie has over 28 years experience in urban and social policy development within the public and voluntary sectors and is now retired from Renfrewshire Council where he was Head of Regeneration Strategy and Communications. Charlie is now working as a freelance regeneration consultant. He has served on the Board since October 2005. |

David Wilson David is a full time Inverclyde councillor for Ward 1. He is involved with Riverside Inverclyde and Port Glasgow Housing Association. He joined the Board following the May 2007 local elections. |
